About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from it. The website belongs to Jersey Gaming Hub. You can contact us by email at info@gaming.je or by phone on 01534 732323.

Placing an order

When you place an order, our payment provider sends you a receipt. We accept your order when we confirm it or send your goods. If something turns out to be out of stock after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by PayPal, with your PayPal account or a card.

If you are a consumer, the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007 normally gives you the right to cancel within seven working days, starting the day after you receive your goods. Some items, such as goods made to order or personalised for you, can be excepted.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us by email at info@gaming.je or by phone on 01534 732323 and we will put it right. This does not affect your rights under consumer law.

The words, photos and logo on this website belong to Jersey Gaming Hub or are used with permission. Please ask before copying them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts of Jersey. If you are a consumer living outside Jersey, this does not take away any protection the law of your home country gives you.

Bookings and tickets

A ticket or party deposit bought on this website books a place at the event or the party slot shown. Places are limited to the capacity shown and are confirmed when payment is complete. Party deposits are £75 and the balance is paid on the day. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can; tickets for events can be refunded or moved to another date up to 48 hours before the event. The under 18s gaming centre is supervised and games are capped at PEGI 12 unless a parent signs a waiver.
