Who we are

This website belongs to Jersey Gaming Hub. If you have any questions about your information, contact us by email at info@gaming.je or by phone on 01534 732323. We handle your information in line with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no accounts or sign up forms. You can browse it without giving us any personal details.

Your basket

Your basket is kept in your own browser, on your own device. Nothing in it is sent to us until you choose to check out.

When you buy something

When you check out, you pay on a secure page run by PayPal, where you can pay with your PayPal account or a card. PayPal collects your payment and delivery details and sends us what we need to send your order: your name, delivery address, email address, your phone number if you give it, and what you bought. We never see your full card details.

We use your order details only to send your order and to deal with any questions about it. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for our accounts.

When you contact us

If you phone or email us, we use your details only to reply to you and to provide what you ask for. We keep them only for as long as we need to.

Services this website uses

This website is hosted by Deliberate Design. Like every web host, its server records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the browser you use, to keep the site running and secure. These records are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you.

The lettering on this website is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads. Links to our social media pages take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Contact us by email at info@gaming.je or by phone on 01534 732323. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner at jerseyoic.org.
